1. GENERAL MANAGER ( Haryana and Rajasthan) We are looking for an energetic,dynamic and result oriented persons who will be overall incharge of the factory administration for which knowledge of modern management concepts including industrial and public relations is essential.The position demands skill in dealing with excise and other Govt. departments. Person should have minimum of 15 years of working experience in senior position preferably in process industry.Retired defense officers would also be considered. 2. CIVIL ENGINEER ( Haryana) Degree or diploma in Civil engineering with 8-10 years of experience in building constructions.The incumbent will be placed at new project coming up near Ambala and if found suitable could be based near Chandigarh on regular basis.3. PLANT ENGINEER ( Haryana) The incumbent should be B.E. Mechanical with atleast 10 years experience preferably in process Industry.Those with exposure to refrigeration would be given preference.The incumbent should be able to lead a team of technicians and supervisors to increase the plant efficiency and achieve production objectives.4. PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS ( Haryana and Rajasthan) Minimum graduates with skill to supervise labour to achieve the production objectives. Retired energetic defence personnel could be considered.IIT Graduates/ Diploma holders would be given preference. 5. STORE KEEPER Minimum graduate,preferably with diploma in Material Management and 8 to 10 years experience in similar capacity in a process industry.
